low rating vs high rated player..

im now rated 1486. .i was given a match against a higher rated opponent and it was clear i was winning but short on time..my opponent was 1646 i offered a draw which he declined due to my time trouble. I only have such experience when a beating higher rated opponent s and always decline a rematch.. where is integrity with high rated opponent s

The clock is part of the game and so is flagging so you have no reason to complain about anything. Your acting like a sore loser. Get over it.
It is up to you to demonstrate the win or draw within the time you have left. Your opponent did nothing wrong.
You just don’t get it. You were LOSING BECAUSE you were short on time, not “winning but short on time”. Your opponent shows no lack of integrity in declining a draw in a winning position against a lower rated player
