I especially like his "patterns" videos.
When I bought Dan Heisman's The World's Most Instructive Amateur Games Book and couldn't find the pgn file for the book he had posted on a chess.com, I was very impressed both Danny Rensch and Dan Heisman helped me track it down - it turns out it was hard to reach with v3 of chess.com and they found the link for me, though it's gone now with v2.
This guy is so smooth, well groomed and put together, and such a great communicator. Very humble and likable guy. I think the dude could be successful in any number of tv hosting/sports/news commentating/pr fields. The chess world is lucky to have a man of such talents that is so dedicated to promoting chess. Not trying to be a butt kisser, but after watching his videos for a while I have to say I'm seriously impressed with the guy.
