        Your article talks about the tournament sponcership in the early 70's.  Maybe Bobby D, actually met Bobby Fischer. Fischer was living in Pasadena at that time wasn't he?  Darin was allways looking for work in nightclubs.

  This is a true story I swear to god. When my father passed away, unbeknownst to me, he wanted "Mack The Knife" played at his funeral....so we did, at the cemetery. I told my older sister that I want THIS tune played at MY funeral...
