You need to read more, if you think I was talking in a spiritual way or applying fantasy, it's you, it doesn't mean it's me doing so. If you stereotype the word "aura", it's your business, not mine.

Wait, there was more? I missed it the first time.  What should I read then? Please send a link where you get your very scientific definitions. Teach me your ways.

You happy now?

No, disappointed actually - no science no paranormal, just a dictionary. You can also find a unicorn in a dictionary. This is what you wanted me to read?

And how does any of that translate to Hans' dark lord aura and marking Magnus?

Definition of unicorn:

a "mythical" animal typically represented as a horse with a single straight horn projecting from its forehead.

Definition of Mythical:

-occurring in or characteristic of myths or folk tales

-fictious

-----

The term Dark Lord is used in pop culture, it's an urban term that defines the antagonist or the opposite side of the coin of the known standard. As you see all other top chess players including Magnus achieved their peaks within the standards, focused, chill, more or less competitive, within positive vibes for the most part, while Niemann has a sad background, his teacher made fun of him, his mates tried to push him back, he uses anger, fury, resentment as way to project himself in chess, such as Boby did, that's their fuel of improvement.
----
When people say something about marking someone, depending on the context, it speaks for leaving a scar in the psyche of someone, in this case, due to the given instances, Niemann marked Magnus with a scar inside his psyche, he wounded him mentally, and that's why Magnus is acting irrationally and impulsive.

so you're saying niemann uses his resentment from his sad background to improve himself just as fischer did and he frightened magnus into irrationality.  yes?

Magnus honestly, and this is a hot take, acting like a sore loser. I can see you responding to me HOLD UP. Let’s look at the facts. Magnus withdrew from the tournament, the played Hans again just to make a HUGE deal out of resigning on the first move just to continue his spite. Like losing a soccer match. Yelling at them AND THEN kicking them or something, a deceitful act to continue the drama when it was getting stale. But hey that’s just a theory.,, you get the point feel free to be mad that I’m right 😒

Well, to be honest with you, it's not something uncommon, right now in Chess.com, there are lots of hot headed players that carry negative feelings, such as anger, frustration, hatred, resentment, however, the rare thing is to reach the highest levels with such, because anger and all those negative feelings if you do not know how to keep them in check while harmonizing with them, they could make you lose your mind and the total control of what you are doing, that's why having a Dark Lord within the highest levels of chess worldwide, is so rare and only few that rely on this type of growth, make it to the top, let alone top 20 - 50.

A couple of years ago, Niemann himself, had insane rage outbursts on stream, it took him literally 7 years to master those impulses and harmonize with them, keep them with him and use them as his fuel to project his chess capabilities on the table.

So, Magnus was affected by all those incidents, the final interview was a brutal stab that not many people can see, people say that Niemann was humble, but in fact, his words were so fatal, because he has no problem to call himself an idiot and say that he pity Magnus publicly, if such could drag Magnus into an abyss of despair, it was a disguised way how to harm Magnus psyche even further. Niemann is extremely hostile as Boby was.

on move 2, hans played the top engine line. This is blatant cheating. So magnus, quite reasonably, resigned the game.

so it's like the sith vs the jedi?

you make magnus sound like a wuss who got his feelings hurt by Hans' words.

The Star Wars franchise is an interesting analogy tbh, but not only by his words, but with the fact that Niemann defeated Magnus with the black pieces in classical format twice in less than 1 month, those resulting in Magnus's first loss in 53 games and first loss with white in over 2 years in classical format, the first time he did, Niemann lost the match, and by the second time, he won.

Correct! C4 is winning and there was no point to play on.

I would warn everyone who is jumping on the bandwagon of "not enough evidence against Hans" and criticising Magnus and his behaviour too quickly.

The facts are Hans has been caught lying about the instances of cheating online, including cheating on another titled Tuesday where he was never caught, where money was involved.

Another fact is a strong player (over 2400) would only need 1 or 2 critical moves from an engine to be able to win almost every game and be invincible, which Magnus explores in the video linked.

The interview as the Indian guy explains is from a year ago about a different person in question.

For me it's bizarre that no one finds Hans behaviour and history suspicious, and I'm also confused as to why there is an outcry in response to magnus' resignation in 1 move. What this resignation is doing is calling the chess world to further focus on the cheating issue, and to call for some sort of action being made, as nothing has been done so far, despite the obviously worrying data we have.

I don't like Magnus Carlsen. I think Hans should be allowed in the global championships
