That may well be possible, according to the FIDE site #15 in Sweden is 62-year-old Tom Wedberg on 2472, a bit of a challenge for a player 400 Elo weaker than Nakamura but you never know.

magnus has been winning 2500 and 2600's without pause at quatar- and you think sweden's #15 would be a challenge for him?
