Hello, I am a rapid player that roughly fluctuates between a 2160-2200 level, and I was just wondering what it takes to get those extra 100 points to get to 2300, as I feel I have plateaued at this level for roughly a year now, and so I was wondering what advice you would give to an aspiring 2300
