Really hard to say to understand why causes what I call chess aphasia but if I feel I've hit my limit then I will likely quit chess permanently
Major loss of rating in fischer random and post tilt thoughts

To play efficiently in Fisher random at a high level, the key thing you need is the understanding of the game, + all your knowledge about tactics, scheme, patern etc... . That's why it's very hard to play, you have no basis to fall back on if your loose in a position, just pure understanding of the game.
So i started playing tons of fischer random and i was comfortably in my normal rating range of mid 1700s and somehow lost almost 300 elo, which should be impossible loosing to horribly bad players. It's unclear to me why this has happended but again the major themes, I noticed is massive confusion, an inability to see the board, moves always feel wrong and my intuition is off. In fairness I should have stopped playing when I lost but I kept tilting so I kept spamming games.
Other things i noticed is that I think fischer random is way harder than normal chess, half of the games the positions are disharmonious and very difficult to get things organized. I guess your brain starts to hurt because the problem is your not really able to get orderly piece conditions so half of the battle is trying to get everything organized and trying to make an attack. The only other thing I noticed is perpetually closed pawn structures and locked positional battles with always bad pieces. If your a totally newbie do not play fischer random it will make you worse at chess I wouldn't even play it until 2000+ honestly. Like 80% of the positions I could not evaluate to any real degree of effectiveness and the lose of pattern recognition I must say is quite disturbing. Really at a loss for words
