It looks like you switched from standard to blitz a few months back if I read things right. Maybe you just need more time to think.

i alot of my games i feel like i a doing the right thing but i make alot of blunders aparently. what are some things that i can do that will ultimatly help me make less blunders? any help at all is greatly appreciated! :)
