How do the site owners have the nerve to bombard us with ads imploring members to upgrade when the mechanics of the site are so unreliable. During the last two days, playing blitz has been something of a joke as it has been impossible to move pieces with either speed or reliability.
What do top level players do about this problem?
Even typing this has been a pain because there has been a 3 second delay between pressing the key and the letter to appear.
