malicious time wasters - need new way to abandon a game without loosing...

I respect and am patient with thinker but i cant stand wasting my time, this match this guy could have resigned after i declined the draw request or he could have accepted my later draw offer...Heres one of many people who pass time maliciously, he offered a draw around the 6min: 45sec on his clock,

Okay, I apologize. I looked at the correct game but my interpretation was incorrect. Your opponent had 5:19 when he made his last move and when the game ended he had 33 seconds, which is close enough to 5 minutes. The move record tells you how much time was spent on each move but it does not show the time if no move is made, that was my mistake. Probably a deliberate wasting of time and you are free to report that. I made a post about a similar situation but instead of resigning the player started blitzing out moves with only 30 seconds left. It is annoying but there isn't much you can do besides report for bad sportsmanship.
