Ok my friend!! Wow this is the first time I've seen you in a forum!!
Managing club tips

Really there’s too many groups and not enough are doing something different. Gaining members by spamming invites only gets you inactive members.

I mean just the random invite messages too. I wasn’t specifically talking about you.
My point was you should focus on making a good group with a focus rather than new ways to get people to join.

Yeah!! You are right @Scottrf should I create many tournaments, vote games... like Chess School, Chess Champ...?? Maybe not!!!

Advertise on the daily puzzle. It worked for our club, we gained like 100 members in less than 2 weeks! (Waking up at 3 AM EST is worth it!)
Hello all viewers!! Since 2 months ago I've become one of the leaders [ SA and A ] in many clubs. I'd tried to invite a lot, be active by posting news and forums that match to the clubs.... But I started recognizing that no more members joined when we reached to 50-80 [ in all clubs ] But many other clubs like Chess School, The Bears Club, The Chess Headquarters, Chess Champs.... are still growing!!
Now all my clubs have seemed to get a big bunch of members in 2 months! Then all stopped. They started gaining 0-3 members a week. I'm thinking I need better rules for the leaders. They need to invite more! I don't hope they can use all their invitations because most of them are admins or SAs in other clubs. But I hope they can invite atleast 10 members in a week.
I need to make a club that makes people want to join, like the name or description, and also I might not have the time for matches.... Who is going to help me with that?
So there are a lot of decisions of what I should do. I have joined some large clubs and they seem to have just 5-10 Admins and SAs! I wish I could have those trustworthy club-caring people!
So could anyone give me some tips on making good growing clubs? I don't want to fail again.
Also when I create it I would like for you to join it. Just to be nice!!
Please give me tips if you know! Thank you!!
