Is it giving an error or just taking a long time?

Yes lately u have to wait 5 10min for a game. Less players on chess nowadays?

I enter via webpage on google chrome on a cellphone. Had the same issue. Just solved it by deleting cookies, log in info and internet cache. Logged in again and now works fine

i restarted the pc after matchmaking failed multiple times and its still giving me that same problem over again and again.... any help?

Same here. Deleted histories, changed browser, disconnect, signed in and out .. Not working.
