So do I take it right that the rule is just that a move is played immediately after it gets a second vote? E.g. if 5 posters suggest 5 different moves, then a 6th poster seconds one of those moves, or if one of those 5 changes their mind and revotes for a move of one of the peers, it's played, isn't it? Or does a move have to gain >50% of all (3+) votes to be played? It's gonna be slow in the latter case.
