Members Account Closed

Once again I have been met with this after struggling through two hellish match games. When a members account is closed through reasons unknown, the games should be credited with an immediate win. Why should I have to wait two or three days for this credit when in the meantime his or her grade goes down by a mile (and in one instance all the way down to 1200).  Three or four times, my opponent`s account has been closed due to their (suspected) cheating and, to me, this is all the more reason to gain the points straightaway and not having to wait. I have been a fully paid up member now for 3 years and this really gets up my nose.

I'm not sure "credit" is quite the right word here. It would imply, at least to me, that the win was earned as opposed to defaulted. If anything, the games should be immediately nullified.
