Merry Christmas everyone. I've written a little chess song based on Nat King Cole's 'The Christmas Song'. Hope you all enjoy.

Chessmen roaming on an open file

Black pieces invading at your holes

Newly-tried Caro's being sunk by a friar

And forks dressed up like tempos

Everybody knows a turkey or some easy foe

Helps to mate with the knight

Tiny tots with their ratings all low

Will find it hard to win outright

They know that a sacrifice is on its way

He's loaded lots of traps and gambits in his play

And every patzer's king is gonna die

Unless the rook moves so he can fly

And so I'm offering the exchange

To force a mate in two

Although I've blundered many times, many ways

Merry Christmas, but I'm going to win against you!
