Mini lesson Endgame Thinking / Puzzle

I'm white in this recent blitz game.

Now, a lot of low rated players would probably blitz out Rg8 because, hey, a pin-ish looking move, so why not (Nf4 saves the knight).

I didn't find the best move, but, a reasonable player realizes they'll have better chances in the R+B vs R+N endgame and if for no other reason than white's rook is very awkward black should not want to swap rooks.

Ok, so what's the obviously good move? (I guess not so obvious if I didn't play it tongue.png)

Consequently, it's some old endgame tip (maybe I read from Keres?) about the rook being lifted to an open rank in the endgame, to harass enemy pawns. Too bad I didn't make use of it in this game (even though I did end up winning).
