Matters on the opponents rating.
minimum number of consecutive win to get a rating of 2000
After you have been playing for a while and have a reasonable number of games on your record, it appears that the gain for each win is 7 - 11, depending on the rating of the opposition (at least I have found this). You can work it out from there. There isn't an actual minimum, as variables come into it. The higher rated your opposition, the faster your rise, as long as you can win.
Thank you for the information, actually this doubt was regarding my new account where I had 4w consecutively and I think ElKitch 's calculation is correct
Like "WISH_I_WAS_A_GM" was saying if we play with top rated opponents then the RD will also be high and we will get to our target soon but the risk will also be high
