mode vacation in daily chess

Is it against the rules to use vacation mode frequently in a daily chess?, I know that a daily game can take many time, but I started a game of 1 day and my opponent in many times put mode vacation when just have one hour for play, one time it's ok, but more of 5, what can I do? :(
