Morphy was an overrated CAVEMAN PATZER
I found the above game (which reaches the position after 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 d6 3 d4 exd4 4 Qxd4 Be7 5 Bc4), but it was played between Sangadzhi Gorja Vasiliev and Valery Nasunov in 2007.
Chessgames has the 4...Be7 game at:

It is speculated that the moves 4...Be7 and 6...Bd7 were accidentally switched in records written in the 1800s. In any event, the game was apparently an informal game, not part of any match.
4...Bd7?!
4...Bd7 is the recorded move in the 1858 match game. In his 1860 book, Staunton reported the move without any disapproval that I can see.
Doesnt 25...Rxe4 win? In the #164 game?
Apparently 25...c5 was effective. Vasiliev resigned at that point. I did not know how to correctly indicate that when I posted the moves.

I think there is no way to announce resignation unless the PGN comes with it, But I think he was gonna play Rxe4 next move and crush him, that game was pretty nice for Black. He made a plan and followed it.
You can always put a little comment after the last move saying 1/2, 1-0 or 0-1 tho .
Im just annotating it.
I don't see any similar comment on 4...d7 in the annotations of GM Franco and GM Beim of the 1858 match game.

4...d7 is impossible...
I dont like Bd7, and I dont think any modern GM would play that. I am sure they didnt focus too much on annotating the opening because that wasnt the point of annotating games from 1858...
Oops. I should have typed 4...Bd7. I am not sure what counts as too much focus, but both GM Franco and GM Beim did make comments on the opening in this or that game.

I would call them patzers and my instincts are telling me to do so, but I will resist the temptation.
Here is a 2014 game where the rating of Black (Mamedov) was 2659. It was a Blitz game.

Black (Managadze) was 2430 in this 2005 game (not Blitz as far as I can tell).
