Most chess games played?

I have played about 31,000 recorded chess games lifetime (mostly 1-minute).

I just played an opponent who had played over 221,400 1-minute games on the ICC.

Recently I played a GM with over 56,900 5-minute games.  How long is this in real time I wonder? xD

What is the most you have seen (not including computers)?  Anybody over 1 million games? 

I subscribe to Vasily Smyslov's reaction to Tal's blitz play habits.

"Rather than play blitz every day like Tal does, I believe it would be more beneficial to play one tournament style game per year, and analyze it thoroughly."

Years ago, ChessBase mentioned that one Hungarian player had played over 100,000 games on Playchess.

I think that Elisyum probably has close to the most......
