You shouldn't offer a draw in that situation. It is the same as a real OTB game, in which once you play your move, there are no take backs. I don't expect it from anyone I play, and I don't accept it when they do offer the draw.
It's the players own mistake. I've lost my queen a few times because of it, but still continued to play until I was lost, then resigned. That's what "class" is, son. Class.
