multiple profiles for 1 account?

I like to play at work sometimes, but i play about 150-200 points worse during these times due to distractions and poor internet.

so what happens is at night i play a few games and my rating goes to 1900. then at work im playing like a 1750 player so i just lose over and over.

id like to have 2 profiles so i can maintain 2 different ratings and not get caught in this dumb cycle
