As far as I know, it is quite rare.
There are samples on games with multiple queens you can find here, but you'll need chessbase software to open the files. Not sure if all of them are good though, I have not checked all those games.

e.g. both sides has 2 queens , one side has 3 knights .. etc
I want to see good examples of chess games with multiple promotions. I think it is interesting to see how to handle the game after promotions ..
