Nothing has ever happened like this and I can’t really recreate it myself because I might get kicked out of my clubs so I won’t, but support is always willing to hell

If you search the member list in the club for the member, is there an unmute option under Action? Are you sure the member isn't site muted?

Have check all you say above and understand the configs well ... as well I did check for site mute and he is not site mute either as we tested that as well. Very strange so the next thing then is I am going to kick out and loop back in ... sad part is I have feeling he will have to earn his way back on to leader board of a few boards in our club that we use ... so we shall see ... Thx.

@Wind I cant figure this out as he is still to date muted and i have taken him out of club and put back in and still issue persists - thoughts ?

I cant figure it out ... again please if you can read all the above the steps I have taken ... including again kick out and loop back in and same thing ... he is muted but can chat around the world to anyone even me and even during a game.

When you say the member can't chat do you meant in the club's chat option?

Yes correct ... in the club only he is muted but everywhere else he can chat ... chat to world, chat during a game etc but he is the only one whom cannot chat in our club and I have not muted anyone and again i kick him out and loop back in to clear perhaps but still same issue

Go to the club member list and on drop down menu on the member name there is an unmute tab click that and Try that
Hi All,
Any thoughts on this:
One of my students came to me and showed me he is muted in our private club.
I did not mute him, I check the admin logs and nothing in there except my testing mute / unmute today to see how looks on my end but before test there was no mute on.
So the question is how can he be muted in our private club? And again he showed me personally when he tried to send live message in our club it stated "you are muted"
Thoughts? Thank you
