Chess.com suddenly made me resign again!

A few days ago chess.com decided that I'd had enough and resigned for me when I was a move away from mate, and now chess.com has once again decided that it would be a good thing for me to resign a few moves in against a lower rated player! Can someone who works for chess.com please fix this glitch I know it has happened to other people as well.

The games chess.com decided to resign are below.

To resign, it takes 2 clicks of your mouse.  Please elaborate.

What I meant is that in two of the games that I have played recently the game sudenly ended saying I had resigned when I hadn't; one of which I was one move away from checkmate in.

Yea, I saw that. Did you get a disconnection notice??  Did your clock run down before you saw that mate??

No and no it just came up saying I had resigned and I had a few mins on my clock in the first game and in the second I had more time than I started with.

If the clock had run down, it'd say "lost on time" and not "due to resignation".

This is very odd. You say, you know this has happened to other people. In all honesty, I've never heard of it. Your in the right forums, but you may want to follow up with an E-mail to; member support@chess.com. I say that, because I don't know if the send button has been completely fixed. Run a full complete scan of your system, and tell chess.com what OS and browser your useing. Someone from staff may post right behind me.    I thought that was hilarious, the way you worded it.  "chess.com decided that I had enought and resigned for me".  God I wish Erik was in my corner, and know when to throw in the white towel, when I'm getting my butt kicked in the forums.  "get him out of there, he's had enought".

Erik is not at all happy with some of his computers at the moment, they're up to all sorts of tricks ... see here

Thank you bouncing check. I wonder if those earthquakes have anything to do with it.     I'm not complaining but last week was the send button, the week before that was the dis-connect issue, the week before that was, IT issues with the new app,     IF Erik is ever "happy" with the servers;  then something is REALLY wrong.    Erik, but me a coffee, I'll get Thor's hammer and be right over.

The game ended abruptly when chess.com decided to resign me, when my opponent made a big mistake.

Sir_Groblet

you won that game by resignation
