Yes, I got muted two times as well. In one of them, I was really guilty, but in another one, they said their system mistook the normal messages as spam.

Yosef got muted cause he advertised hes club in chess university i think
Everyday, someone gets muted. someone INNOCENT. Okay, he/she may be guilty but isn't it logical to at least specify the reason why they have been muted?! My friend @srirampranav43 was muted... He doesn't know why he has been muted yet... Even @yosef115!
I just want to know why so many people are being muted everyday. I'm not talking about those new spammer accounts that open and close the same day, Popular members in the forums are being muted too.... Sad...
Hopefully chess.com staff responds and helps bring end to this or explain why this is all happening...
