I do it all the time. Sometimes I play 800 below, too.
My 1500 level opponent played like a 2300 apparently.
Tennison gambit is rubbish and all that, but to play 95% accuracy and every move 6-8 seconds and currently on a win run of 14 out of 15 games, year right.
already done so, first thing I did, but the fact that he's since played 12 games since tells you how soft the anti cheat algorithm must be, this is as clear as day.

This game has been played today. It is unrealistic to expect such a quick response. They close tens of thousands people monthly, and probably get reports in the millions per month.
On average I think it lasts at least 2-3 days to process the new report. Sometimes it is resolved tomorrow, sometimes after a week, based on my experience.
and here's another great 1500 level player, on a run of 15 wins from that last 16, amazing at this level, who wins 15 out of 16 unless they're on a speed run. https://www.chess.com/games/archive/oikarinen
According to game review, amazing to play at a strength 800 points highers than your own elo
Dude you got jobbed!!! and the fact Chess.com hasn't flagged and banned this amazes me... they better!!!!
He most defiantly was ... after move 6-8 he started using SF11 (probably using his phone next to his laptop) and played all SF11 first lines and only once did he play the second line of SF11 ... Besides the fact he's 1560 and playing as strong as SF11 that's how you can tell he was cheating.. Just put SF11 on your phone and play through the game in a fast manner.. don't let it think to long on a move... you will see he played the first line (On the phone, the free stockfish, is version 11 and it's analyses you only get two lines (it's two strongest choices) ... this guy deviated from the SF11 only once... and what did he choose? when he deviated...? ??? the phone version of SF11 second choice ....
This is a clear example of why I stopped playing here...
So whatever A.I software Chess.com are using is only detecting the latest logarithms of chess engines? And..... apparently, if you start a game using your own moves then use the phone version SF you don't get caught?
and that guy is loosing to people... wow...
long suspected this here ... when you got 1000 elo rated players not knowing a thing about openings, yet uncorking 5 move tactical combos working of a titled player.
OK chess.com time to delete my post and lock the thread...
hard to say. You played too badly and hung all your pieces. He did nothing too special to me. Time usage is a bit sus. 5 sec per move except a couple. So maybe
thanks for the reply, I was convinced as well, but their algorithm seems to rubbish - it only catches stupid people who use SF on the same browser, it's like the other guy, won several games in row on 95% accuracy after 25, 30, 35 moves at 1500 level, and still not banned. Yes the site bans a lot of people but that's only for the optics, they know they can only catch dumb cheats

Really?
Put SF11 on your phone ... then play the game through as if you were playing a fast time control... that guy's move are exactly what SF11 would have played... You think a 1560 rated player calculates as good at SF11??
Yea the guy played some garbage line against the Center Counter Defense ... don't get lost in the weeds ... around move 8 Black is all SF11
anytime now Chess.com... will lock this down and scrub it
It never ceases to amaze me how, time after time, people start a thread talking about alleged cheaters. And repeatedly they're told this subject isn't allowed in open forums. They're given a link to a cheater's forum where it can be discussed. So report the person and go on with your life. Either you or your opponent will be vindicated.
