I did not give my information to anyone before this happened.

I closed my laptop and went out to the lake for a few hours, and then when I came home I realized that someone hacked me and played a game on my account.

How do I fix this? I don't want this to happen ever again because this is ridiculous.

If you think someone has your password, you should change it immediately.

Then you can open a ticket with support and they can look and see if someone else may have accessed your account.

How do I open a ticket with support?

Click the link, then the Contact Us button if the dialog doesn't come up. Then click the Ask on that and fill out the information.

It says that the link you put is not secure. it basically means that the connection to Chess.com Support is not private.

Works perfectly fine and secure on my connection. You're not on a VPN are you?

Even if it wasn't, the data entered on the form isn't anything sensitive.
