I posted that months ago and didn't think anyone responded. I just read it. I had no idea it would be such a big deal. I was merely trying to draw attention to the fact that Kasparov, being a well known chess player, was on the news. I first heard of him on this site, and I simply found his interview an interesting one. As far as my post being an ignorant one, it was. I believe I stated that I know nothing about Russia or its politics. I'm not trying to start any huge political debates. I just want to play chess. So my apologies to Chess.com and all who were offended.
