I looked at a few of your games and I think it would help you if you play a bit slower. Most games you end with 20 minutes on your clock left.
Use your time to think about what he will do after your move.
Try not to give pieces away for free and take his pieces if they are given for free.

I fear that my opponent will curse me if i use too much time after the dust had settled in the middlegame. Maybe op have this feeling starting from move 1
