Happens to me too. XD And even worse, I play bullet when I'm frusterated. HAHA
GOOD THING RATINGS DONT MATTER!
So dont worry and play anyway, though I will say playing when you're frusterated, makes you lose, losing makes you frusterated. Viscious cycle. XD
I'm the type of person who can lose their keys 10 seconds after putting them down when distracted. I started learning and playing chess online because I was told improving chess ability can help with this. I guess it increases spatial awareness and focus.
When I'm stressed and generally upset with life (which tends to happen a lot lately), I notice my blitz and tactics ratings plummet drastically. My mental capacity outside of chess does the same thing. I can literally follow my rating history and mark when bad/stressful things happened in my life.
Does this happen to anyone else, and is there a good way to fix this?
