My BULLET is higher than BLITZ??

hi I started playing bullet chess in October 2018, I had only played two bullet matches previously, in my entire life, they were both OTB. I had played blitz and rapid in primary school before and was familiar with it.
my question, since October 2018 my bullet rating has gone from 900 to breaking 1500 yesterday (April 2019)and I feel I can break 1600. Yet with blitz I am a high 1300 player and I've played that my whole life. This makes no sense to me. I am better at the harder format and worse at the easier format is this my chess personality or something? Is it good or bad. Thanks in advance

A rating only makes sense in its own context, since it only compares you to other players in the same playing pool. A bullet rating of 1500 and a blitz rating of 1350 does NOT mean you are stronger at bullet than at blitz, because the two pools of players not the same.
Briefly, a bullet player only gains or loses rating points from other bullet players, and a blitz player only gains or loses rating points from other blitz players.
