My Chess Magnet School problem, got me!

This what I love about chess the mental block  it  may have on some like me, mention the word, "Zugzwang" and I am feaked out so to speak. I spent thirty minutes on this and gave up. heres the answer I am sure nost of you chess prodigys got this in under a minute.

with mates threats on f2, and g5

the main sites i visit are ICC ,thats good for getting strong opponents for live games, chesstempo for tactics, and of course chess.com

I don't study loads just do some tactics on chess.com and chesstempo each day. also before tournaments i use chessbase for opening preparation. Plus  i occasionally see a coach for opening work.
