my dvd is not working

I got a dvd from chessbase  now when i turn it on i can just hear the voice , i cant see the board and face of the guy i used fritz, chessbase, chessbase reader 14 so many nothing worked. any solutions pls

Uninstall and reinstall. Otherwise, contact their support.
