lol don't be so mean. I wish I had a draw result against a GM, it's so hard in standart time control for my level player sad.png, nearly impossible to be honest

i have a friend who beat a GM from holland in otb blitz many years ago...I think the GM lost on time and if I am not mistaken he was sock as well but it is probably possible if you have things hoing in your way...I have absolutely no chance of even drawing a GM lol FMs and CMs destroy me so GM is soooooooo far above my skill level...cant even dream about it...but hey...GMs dedicate their lives to chess...I am lazy and tired after work (mostly lazy)

I have played 2 correspondence players who are now grandmasters and rated #2 and #3 in the United States Correspondence Chess. I won from both in hard struggle games.

I have not played USCF chess tournaments since 1973 but that year i won from a USCF grandmaster.

I think once you get to a rating like 2100, you start having chances of beating GMs, especially if they enter an opening that you know very deeply. I have seen 2000s beat GMs in dragon as white, they just never ran out of preperation

Very nice game and congratulation for drawing a GM. You forgot to mention your otb rating and the GM's rating.
