My first OTB Chess Rapid tournament. How to Prepare??

Hello! on 15 of aug i am going for my first rapid chess event. it is a one day fide rated tournament with over 450 players. Just want to know How to Prepare for this tourney,should i work on endgames?,time manegment?, mIddle games or openings???

My opening repertoire is following-

With white- 1,E4, Against french and caro advance variation. Pirc or modern i play Austrian attack. Against Sicilian i play Alapin. Against e5 i play italian and i dont face any other opening other than these

With black- Against1 E4- French Defence, maybe rubenstein against classical or tarrasch. NC6,Qb6 Against advance

Against D4- Nimzo indian or c5 system vs london. d5 vs trompowsky

And ofc I know some endgame postitions like The lucena,phildor,vancura and ect. I'vs got some Basic middle game ideas for all openings i play. What else do i need?? pls help me

Thanks for your advice! And the tournament is 10 Min + 5 Sec From first move for entire game I'll go review some of my recent games and check my mistakes.

As someone who goes to a rapid tournament every month, Id say the 4th comment is the most accurate. If you believe you have checkmate, or a sequence to win material, it's ok to spend a bit of time, don't rush it! Also if you can find your opponents chess account, that will be very useful. Type in their name in your browser and you should their chess account should be there.

Well I don't know who am I going to play we will know it on day of tournament.... And yes I will ofc not rush and take my time calculating moves. Thank you!!
