Sometimes, it isn't very clear when you have a nice tactic brewing. Other times, it's painfully clear that all moves could end the game for you except one move and that one move is the brilliant move. My advice for you is to carefully evaluate positions, especially if you think you have attacking chances. And especially don't rush in and spend to little time during the middlegame and endgame because it will be frustrating. If you follow this you can freely find brilliant moves for at least one game every day.
