That doesn't seem to define a windmill very well.
Windmills are a forced sequence of repetitve discovered checks that generally lead to an advantage or a better situation. The second part makes the Windmill tactic useful, but a Windmill tactic can occur without that.
Nice game, btw.
I just made my first windmill ever, against an opponent whose rating was 400 levels above mine.
After an intensive battle, I finally lost on time, but you can see that I had a significant advantage and If I had 1 more minute to play I might have won this game.
