I thought my friend was REALLY good at chess and I told them to make a chess.com account. They did really well, so well in fact that they were on a 11 win streak at 1700 rating and then got banned for cheating... they weren't cheating, I was eye witness, What are you guys doing?????
Well they can write in to support@chess.com and appeal. You can't do it for them. Support won't discuss it with you.- only the person directly.
They sent in an appeal and got denied. Is this really how they do things. Like they got banned for having 99.4% accuracy....
