My League isn’t starting, but all my friends have leagues that are working fine. Why?

I’m in Elite League, but have a screen which keeps on saying ‘Waiting for your league to start’. Been like that for more than a year

You were in a stuck division. You should be placed in a new one after your next qualifying game.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I’ve played around a hundred qualifying games, and at the end of each one, it says ‘waiting for your league to start’. The people in that league have stayed the same, and always in the same order.
