My moves are always a disatvantage

I'm reading a book on positional middle game play but I can't seem to make new advantage out of my moves.

When I analyze my game, my moves are always giving me disatvantages (That's what the stockfish graph says) or remove my previous advantage... Is it even possible to improve this? I'm literally spending my whole time to improve on this thing but I can't seem to do it. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

You're trying to learn new things when you should be working on the basics.  You are never going to be able to learn how to develop a middlegame plan while youre still making mistakes in the basics.

What do you exactly mean by basics? Is it tactics or something similar?

Following Opening Principles.

Not hanging material.

Not missing simple tactics.

You gotta learn how to crawl before you can walk :-)
