I have been playing chess for 3 years approximately and always My otb rating was always bigger than my chess.com rating. But for lichess, my OTB rating is way lower than that.
In rapid for lichess I am rated 2080 and for Chess.com I am Approximately 1600, for blitz I'm around 1800 in lichess and here I AM FREAKING 1300! My otb rating is around 1700 though so I am really stressed about the differences in my ratings and such. Any help to improve it besides playing lots of games? Any books? Courses? etc?
Why would you be stressed? They attempt to predict your results relative to different groups of people for different time controls. If they do a decent job of that, then they are accurate.
They are different because they use different formulae and have different starting points. As I understand it, every rating on lichess starts at 1500. The initial ratings here can vary from 400 to 2000, depending on how you answered a question about your chess experience. The over the board USCF ratings are probably out of date too.
They are not absolutes.
