My premove is not working

Okay, so my premove isn't working

 

1) Yes, I turned it on

2) Yes, I tried using it the correct way

3) Yes, I used it in a live match

 

I am looking forward to any help I can get! happy.png

Send a message to chess.com help and support team, also you can only premove in live chess (someone else on the forums was asking about conditional moves for live chess instead of premoves).
