All i play is unrated 2/1 blitz.

How long do you study each week and what do you study?

I dont study.

Depends on what your goals are.

I play approximately 40 games of 10 min blitz and 4 games of 15|10/30 min rapid every week.

I don't study.

You should study 10-20 minutes of tactics a day until you reach about 1600, then study positional play once you reach 1600.
