my rating did not increase as much as it was shown

Hi, my rating in the previous month was 1722. I played two rated tournaments. In the first one, it was shown on chessresults.com that i had a rating increase of 109. In the second tournament, it was shown that i had an increase of +26. But when the fide list was published yesterday, my new rating is only 1844. it is only showing an increase of 97 in my first tournament and 23 in my second one. In the first tournament, i beat a player with a difference of +400 but i only increased 33 and my K value is 40. Similarly rating increase in other rounds where also decreases. Why did this happen and why is my rating not 1857?

I dont know y .U talked this matter with the arbiters?

i think that if we play more than 20 rated matches  in a month, our K value decreases slightly
