My rating is unstable how can i fix it?

Hi everyone, I'm a 17 year old boy who started to learn chess by himself 1 and a half year ago. (like at may/june) and since then im trying to get better in the game to go, you know, 2000+ elo. Since the first time i started to play i've always been unstable with my games and, cause of that, in my elo/rating. If you look you can see that whenever i get to 100+ elo from where i was, i drop again and try to comeback where i'm supposed to be. I'm saying supposed to be cause whenever i try to up my elo its usually needs 2-3-4 months.

Usually i play 4-9 games a day and it depends on how i feel about my games when i finish them. I became 1700 (my highest and my set goal for that span.) and now, idk how, back at 1500, in a span of 2-3 weeks.

Yesterday i nearly became 1600 again (1596) and today i lost literally 11 games like in 40-50 min. And i really can't understand that. It really makes demotived everytime i pass a elo span and then again drop to under a one. I'm very near to quit chess, cause its like this for me from the time since i started and it makes me very sad.

Is there any advice you guys can give me to, you know, get more stable in my games?

*****by the way i'm really really sad about these things happening over and over again and because of that i'm really in a vicious circle;
I wanna play it/ but ı cant cause i screw up/but i dont wanna get far away from chess/ but i cant make things right even puzzles/ i wanna watch/ but its makes me wanna play

That's pretty normal and you fix it by learning more, analyzing your losses, and getting better. As you eliminate/fix weaknesses, you should start to play better, and eventually the rating should increase.

If course, you'll probably plateau, refresh some, and have to do it all again and learn even more.

I'm not really sure what you're concerned about, looking at the chart for your rating it's been steadily increasing since you started, with minor fluctuations that are totally normal. You've gained about a thousand rating points in the last year, so obviously you're rapidly improving. It's frustrating when you reach a new all-time high rating and then drop down to a lower rating for a while, but that's totally normal. For example I recently reached a 2100 rating in blitz, and then quickly dropped down to around 2000 again. That's completely normal. What's important is that you're steadily improving over the long-term, which you clearly are, so don't worry about it!

Analyize your games and see the mistakes your making. It's probably because you make the same mistakes again and can't improve.

Elo is simply a number.... The only important thing is play better every day and enjoy your games. Study more and don't get demoralized by lost games, learn from them.
