So I bought the "my system" (Aaron Nimzowitsch). My question is how to learn exactly from this book? I know it sounds funny but I have the "replay" all of the games? Or read the text is enough? And how can I learn from games? Please help me. Thank you if you will write an answer

Read the text and his comments on the games.

There is also a series on YouTube by Sean G Godley that reads through the whole book and shows you all of the relevant moves, e.g. here is chapter 4: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Etbur47manU

As Nimzovich himself indicated, you should study his book with 2 chess sets, 1 for the main line and 1 for variations.

I would recommend to first focus on section one (“The Elements”) and make sure to fully understand it. Reading the “Positional Play” section without a deep understanding of the previous one would be a waist of time.
