He does seem to enjoy the publicity, whether it be positive or negative. I think his proposal is interesting, that it would make a very interesting match. Does his program use tablebases? If so, would we be allowed to consult them also? And even if we had his machine and could control the time limits, how do we know his machine is truly running his code and not rybka through another interface?
