Most people do not pay attention to how they look. They are out of shape and their clothes look mediocre as well.
I agree that McGregor is a prime example of someone who cares a lot about how he looks. Sometimes he dresses a bit weird, but overall he looks great. His suits are perfectly tailor made and each one of them cost between 4000 and 10000 bucks.
Not everybody can afford that, but you don't need extremely expensive clothes to look good.
Nakamura looks like a bum, the girls are not that bad but nothing special either.
