Bullet rating is a high fluctuation, same like concurrency, lol.
Basically , OP is asking approx 1900 with narrow margin.
I am around 2000, but in good day, I am 2100, in bad day, I am 1900.
Example, A 100+ rating fluctuation in one day in other site!
